Jeff Palmer  

T R E A S U R E R 

A native of the Midwest and now proud to be a Bostonian, Jeff has a passion for helping others and gets his greatest happiness in life by playing a part in building the Lord's kingdom. In his day job, Jeff serves as a private wealth Financial Advisor and an Institutional Consultant with Graystone Consulting, a business of Morgan Stanley, and specializes in working with clients in the healthcare field. He and his wife Anna live in South Boston and are actively involved in community outreach and social causes. Jeff enjoys outdoor activities, live music, cooking, and various sports.





Jillian kando

Jillian, a native New Englander, is a Software Engineer with her own consulting business in Boston. She enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and experiencing Boston outdoors when the temperature allows. Jillian enthusiastically devotes her time and talents to the Anchor community. She has been a key leader of Tea Time, leads a crew in the South End.



Kelton Washington

Kelton is incredibly passionate about Anchor's mission to share the Arts with the local community. Kelton has been blessed with the opportunity to study Contemporary Music at Berklee College of Music and Musical Theater at the Boston Conservatory. Kelton's prayer is to be the "salt and light" in Boston, and he hopes to see many lives come to know Jesus through the Arts for with Him, "All things are possible!"







Chris Coughlin


Chris was born in Boston, as one of eight children. Chris is married to Nanan, and they are celebrating over ten years of marriage. Chris is passionate about the Great Commission, and finds Anchor Church an absolute blessing. Chris currently teaches English Language Learners (ELL/ESL) at Everett High School, and is in the process of completing his second Master's degree.
