Mission
At Anchor Kids, we desire to create a safe place where children can learn about God and enjoy one
another. Parents can enjoy the worship gathering, knowing that their kids are meeting new friends, learning from
God’s word, and being well taken care of.

Teachers
Our teachers desire to participate in the care of each child. From changing diapers to leading Bible
lessons and activities, all of our volunteers work to make each child’s experience at Anchor Kids a great
one! In addition, all of our teachers undergo a detailed application process including a background check and
training on policies and procedures.

Checking In/Out
Children can be checked in 15 minutes prior to the worship gathering. When you arrive, a Greeter can direct you to the
children’s area. When a child is checked in, the parent fills out an information form, the child receives a
name badge, and the parent receives a pick up tag. We ask that you pick up your child 10 minutes after
the close of the worship gathering.

Wellness Policy
No fever in the past 24 hours. If on antibiotics, the child may come to Anchor Kids only after being on
antibiotics for 24 hours. No green discharge or heavy sneezing due to a cold.

Elementary age children
At this time, we ask that elementary age children enjoy the worship gathering with their parents. We hope to
provide a community experience for every age in the very near future!
